Cincinnati BBB has launched a redesigned Accredited Business Only portion of our website. If you are an accredited business you can log in to this site by clicking on the orange log in button on our homepage. The added features in the Accredited Business Site include:
- Ability to update your report
- Pay your invoice electronically
- View videos in BBB Classroom of the different functions of BBB Staffers
- Viewing the live statistics of business
- Ordering additional stickers and decals for marketing
- Downloading the “for print use only” logos
- Find BBB Events
BBB hopes that you take advantage of these new features. You will need your BBB ID number and an email that we have on file. If you only provided a general email address, you will need to call. You can find your ID number on your invoice. If you are not able to log in, please contact Trisha Sefakis at 513-639-9146 or tsefakis@cincinnati.bbb.org for help. Passwords are assigned at the time of log in. Please put in the required information and hit “resend my password” to get your randomly generated password.
